RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING
PLAN AND PROFILE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVE- a
MENT DISTRICT NO. 678. L e 50
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield that the plan and profile for the following work to
be done and improvement to be made in said City, to wit:
The construction of 6" sanitary sewer of vitrified clay
pipe in Dobrusky Drive and Snyder Lane and the construction of an
8" sanitary sewer of vitrified clay pipe in N Street, together
with manholes, lampholes and "Y" branches, is hereby approved.
Said plan and profile is delineated on a plan consisting
of three (3) sheets, entitled "Plan for Public Improvement District
No. 678," and said plan and profile is hereby adopted as and for
the plan and profile for the doing of said work and making of said
improvement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 14th day of February, 1950, by the
following vote:
