RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING

OF THE COSTS &AND EXPENSES OF WORE HERE-
TOFORE FILED BY THE CITY ENGINEER IN
THE MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPROV°MENT DISTRICT
NO, 678 IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALF
FoRNIA.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on February 6,
1950, passed and adopted a resolution requiring the City Engineer to
furnish the Council with plans and specifications, together with
careful estimates of costs and expenses of work in the matter of
Public Improvement District No. 678, ale
WHEREAS, said City Engineer submitted a plan and profile for
the doing of said work which was approved and adopted by the Council
by resolution on February 14, 1950, and
IBEAS, said City Engineer has now submitted for approval and
adoption, specifications and careful estimate of the costs and
expenses of said work,
NOW, TIIERREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows
That the careful estimate of the costs and expenses of doing
the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 678, passed art
adopted by this Council on February 14, 1950, heretofore submitted
by the City Engineer, is hereby approved.
That the specifications for doing the work described in said
Resolution of Intention No, 678, which specifications are entitled:
CITY OF BAYOMISFIELD, CALIFORNIA, SPECIFICATIONS, INFORMATION TO
BIDDERS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS, BID PROPO8A.L AMU CONTRACT FOR FSLIC
IMPfiOVEA!' NT DISTRICT NO. 679, be and the same are hereby approved
and adopted as the specifications for the doing of said work and
making of said improvement.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 6th day of March, 1950, by the fallow.
