RESOLUTION APPROVIiIG ASSESSMENT DIA-
GRAM IN THE MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 678.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern/ State of California, has this day presented to
and filed with the Clerk of the Council of the City of Bakers-
field, an assessment diagram covering and showing the real property
described in Resolution of Intention No. 6780 adopted by the City
Council of said city on the 14th day of February, 19500 and said
assessment diagram appearing to be in all respects correct and
proper and in full conformity with the provisions of Sections 5341 and
5342 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that said
assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set forth, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify the fact and date of this approval, and immediately thereafter
deliver the said assessment diagram to the Superintendent of Streets,
who shall proceed to prepare and file an assessment in the time, form
and manner provided by law.
I Hx:REBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 15th day of May, 1950, by the following vote:
