NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, August 14, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
McIntosh & Associates is proposing a zoning modification to retain an existing
5.5-foot tall wrought iron view fence along the rear of five single-family
residential lots abutting a public park in lieu of constructing the required 6-foot
tall masonry wall in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at
14300-14316 Del Webb Court. Exempt from environmental review. (File #12-

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
