Absent: Board Member Linda Jay
2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS
None.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Minutes of the August 17, 2012 special meeting
Motion by Board Member Teglia, seconded by Board
Member Quiring for approval of the minutes.
b. Public Session regarding Due Diligence
Reviews in Accordance with AB 1484:
1. Accept public comment regarding
the Independent Accountants Report
for the Low and Moderate Income
Housing Funds; and
2. Accept public comment regarding
the Independent Accountants Report
for all other funds of the Successor
Agency (excluding the Low and
Moderate Income Housing Funds).
Public hearing opened at 9:46 a.m.
Marvin Dean asked question regarding obtaining a
list of undeveloped properties.
Finance Director Smith and Board Member Tandy
responded.

Chairperson Bentley reminded the Board that the next
Oversight Board meeting will be on October 15, 2012
at 9:00 a.m.

Chair Person Bentley adjourned the meeting at
9:51 a.m.
