PARCEL "A" PARCEL MERGER NO. 02-0797 COVENANT FOR
DETERMINATION OF FRONTAGE
This covenant is Executed by Marvin J. Derrick, a single man (hereinafter,
"owner ") in connection with the recordation of parcel merger on the real property which
is the subject of Parcel Merger No. 02 -0797, located in the City of Bakersfield, County of
Kern, State of California, more particularly described below, and shown on attached
Exhibit "A"
PARCEL "A ", PARCEL MERGER NO. 02-0797
The front yard for said Parcel "A" shall be along Craingnore Street. There
shall be a 25 -Foot building setback from the right -of -way line along Tarbet Court for said
Parcel "A ".
This Covenant may not be Amended or Modified without the prior
Approval of the City of Bakersfield. This Covenant shall run with the land.
Property Description
This covenant affects Parcel "A" of Parcel Merger No. 02 -0797 per Certificate of
Compliance recorded as Document No. i 0004e office of the Kern County
Recorder; Also Being a portion of Section 7, T. 30S., R. 27E, M.D.B. & M. in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California.
