HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-0203 NPH B A K E R S F I E L D NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at TUESDAY, November 13, 2012 3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:  Jamal Powell is proposing a conditional use permit and a zoning modification to reduce the street side yard setback from 10 to 0 feet and the rear yard setback from 25 to 7 feet in order to expand an existing church in an R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 700 S. Haley Street. Exempt HAYWARD from environmental review.
