The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, September 11, 2012

Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:

Jason Gandola is proposing a conditional use permit to operate a landscape
contractor’s yard in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 2930

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
