NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, November 13, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Olson Design Studio is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the rear yard
setback from 23 to 5 feet for a 1,380 square foot addition to a single-family
residence in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 3105
Slaterfield Avenue. Exempt from environmental review. (File #12-0384; Ward 7,

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
