1904 in Map Book .1 at Page 13, in the Of f ice of the Fern
County Recorder, and also being a portion of the Southwest
quarter of Section 30, T.29S., R.28E., M.D.M., County of
Kern, State of California, and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the centerline instersection of Truxturr
Avenue and "B" Street; thence easterly on and along said
