NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, December 11, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Jeffrey Thorn is proposing a conditional use permit for a 1,200 square foot
private social club and gym with alcohol sales in a C-O (Professional and
Administrative Office) zone district located at 4029 Coffee Road. Exempt from

All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department on or
before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,
Bakersfield, CA; phone: 661/326-3733; email: devpln@bakersfieldcity.us. You may review
and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
