(we) hereby state that I (we) are the owners of Parcels "A" & "C" of Parcel Map
Waiver No. P01 -0843 filed per Certificate of Compliance Document No.
31.5q 2 -/4-D in the office of the Kern County Recorder
and also hereby state that all direct access rights to Wible Road as it pertains to said
Parcels "A" & "C" of Parcel Map Waiver No. P01 -0843 are hereby waived except
for a 36 foot wide access point located between 180.00 feet south of the beginning
of the curb return located at the southeast corner of Wible Road and Harris Road of
Parcel "A" and the parcel boundary between Parcels "A" & "C ". Said access point is
reserved for the access drive referred to in Zone Change Case No. 4785. The access
drive location and design, which may require a deceleration lane in accordance
with City Standards, is subject to approval of the City Traffic Engineer at time of Site
Plan Review.

Such waiver shall remain in effect until such time as said street is abandoned as a
public street, or until revocation of such waiver is accepted by resolution of the City
of Bakersfield Planning Commission.
