On November 8, 2012, at 6:20 p.m., officers of the Bakersfield Police Department responded to the Joinus Beauty Supply, located at 3719 Wilson Road, C #1. The suspect, depicted in the attached video surveillance photograph, entered the business armed with a firearm and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the business with an undisclosed amount of currency. The suspect is described as a Black male, in his 20s, 5’10” tall, 170 lbs., unshaven; wearing a Washington Nationals baseball hat, black hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans and white tennis shoes. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is urged to contact the Bakersfield Police Department at 661-327-7111 or Detective Marcela Garcia at 661-326-3552.
