The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying two suspects
wanted for strong-arm robbery.
On Saturday, November 10, 2012, at approximately 5:45 p.m., the suspects, depicted in the attached
video surveillance photographs, entered the Walgreens, located at 3301 Panama Lane. The first suspect
selected merchandise and walked towards the exit, evading the store employee. The second suspect
physically assaulted the store employee. Both suspects then fled the business.
The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late teens to early twenties, dark hair, wearing a grey
hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, blue shorts, black socks and light colored athletic shoes.
The second suspect is described as a Black male, late teens to early twenties, with dark short hair,
wearing a dark colored baseball hat with a logo on the front, dark colored jacket over a light colored shirt,
dark colored pants and dark colored shoes.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of these suspects is urged to call the Bakersfield Police
Department at 327-7111 or Detective Don Cegielski at 632-6350.
