The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in
identifying a suspect wanted for theft.
On October 13, 2012, at approximately 4:49 p.m., the suspect, depicted in the attached
video surveillance photographs, entered the Old Navy, located at 2701 Ming Avenue.
The suspect then selected merchandise, concealed the items in a bag and exited the
store without producing payment.
The suspect is described as a Black female, 25-30 years of age, 5’07” tall, 200 lbs., with
black hair pulled back into a ponytail, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111 or Detective John Blunt at 326-3964.
