NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the
purpose of investigating an application for disability retirement on Thursday,
February 7, 2013, at 3:30 P.M., in Conference Room A, located at City Hall North,
1 st Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California, to consider:

3. Closed session to consider public employment of Senior Police
