This operation was conducted near businesses that are licensed by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). During this operation, 21 suspects were arrested for solicitation of prostitution. Funding for this operation was provided by a grant from the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) through the Department’s Grant Assistance Program. ABC is a Department of the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency. You can now send an anonymous text message to the Bakersfield Police Department. It’s quick and it’s easy.
