The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s
assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for robbery.
On January 23, 2013, at approximately 6:36 p.m., the victim was walking
through the Golden Empire Transit (GET) Bus Terminal, located at 2129
Chester Avenue, when the suspect, depicted in the attached video
surveillance photographs, forcibly grabbed an item of value out of the
victim’s hand and fled the area on foot.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 18-22 years old, slim build,
with a shaved head, wearing a white and black Raiders #80 “Rice” football
jersey and black pants.
Anyone with information regarding this case or the identity of this suspect is
urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111 or
