On Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at approximately 1:15 p.m., the suspect approached two female victims who were seated in a vehicle at Bessie Owens Intermediate School, located at 815 Eureka Street. The suspect asked the victims for the time, at which point the victims noticed the suspect was exposing himself. The suspect fled, after the victims expressed their disgust. The suspect is described as a Black male with a light complexion, in his early 30s, with a short black afro hairstyle and a one inch goatee in a rubber band. He was last seen wearing a brown checkered jacket and blue denim pants. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111 or Detective Don Cegielski at (661) 326-3556.
