An arrest warrant for murder, accessory and participation in a criminal street gang, has been issued for Pedro Carrillo, 18, pictured in the attached photograph. Anyone with information regarding Carrillo’s whereabouts is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111 or Detective Sean Morphis at (661) 326-3871. Previous Release February 20, 2013 On Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at approximately 12:45 p.m., Andrew Segoviano arrived at the Bakersfield Police Department, located at 1601 Truxtun Avenue and turned himself in to officers. He was interviewed and subsequently arrested for murder, conspiracy to commit murder and participation in a criminal street gang. Previous Release February 19, 2013 The Bakersfield Police Department has identified the suspect wanted in connection with the shooting which occurred in the 900 block of Kentucky Street on Saturday, February 16, 2013. An arrest warrant for murder has been issued for Andrew Segoviano, 17, pictured in the attached photograph. Segoviano is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information regarding Segoviano’s whereabouts is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111 or Detective Sean Morphis at (661) 326-3871. Previous Release February 16, 2013 On Saturday February 16, 2013, at 2:42AM, officers of the Bakersfield Police Department responded to the 900 block of Kentucky Street for a report of shots heard and a victim of a gunshot. Upon arrival officers located a Hispanic male adult suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Kern Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased. The name of the victim is being withheld pending release from the Kern County Corners Office. It is unknown at this time if the incident is gang related. The investigation is ongoing.
