On February 9, 2013, at approximately 5:39 p.m., the subject arrived at the Shell Gas Station, located at 4050 Gosford Road. As the subject was leaving the area near the gas pumps in his vehicle, he side-swiped the victim’s vehicle, causing minor damage to both vehicles’ passenger sides. The suspect fled the scene without contacting the victim. The suspect, depicted in the attached video surveillance photograph, is described as a Hispanic male, in his 30s, with a medium build. The suspect vehicle, depicted in the attached video surveillance photograph, is described as a 2005-2010 Toyota Yaris or similar vehicle with a Texas license plate. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111 or Senior Officer Jeff Paglia at (661) 326-3960.
