Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex
offender, Robert Carlyle Anderson Jr., whose GPS tracking
ankle monitor is disabled and his whereabouts are unknown.
Anderson is a White male, 51 years of age, 5’10” tall, 190 lbs.,
with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Anderson’s whereabouts is urged
to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
