NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the
purpose of investigating an application for industrial disability retirement on
Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at 2:00 P.M., in Conference Room B, located at City Hall
North, 1 st Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California, to consider:
