Conditional Use Permit/Modification No. 12-0444 – Continue to March 12, 2013, a (Ward 7) conditional use permit for a 10-bed rooming house and a zoning modification to reduce the required parking from 10 to 0 spaces in an R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 5517 Monitor Street. (Owner / Applicant: Angela Rockwell) CEQA: Exempt b. Conditional Use Permit No. 13-0027 - Approval of a conditional use permit/zoning (Ward 3) modification for a 10,066 square foot retail tire center and a zoning modification to reduce the building setback from 20 feet to 10 feet adjacent to residentially zoned property in a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone district located at 2512 Oswell Street. (Owner / Applicant:Bruce & Melanie Lynn / Les Schwab Tire Center) CEQA: Exempt c. Conditional Use Permit No. 13-0076 - Approval of a conditional use permit to (Ward 2) operate a recycling center for the purchasing of California Redemption Value (CRV) containers from the public in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 5321 Stockdale Highway.
