The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s
assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for questioning in regards to a
sexual assault.
On April 12, 2013, at approximately 10:47 a.m., the Bakersfield Police
Department received a report of a sexual assault that occurred in the 1500
block South alley of Quincy Street. The adult female victim reported she
was walking in the alley earlier that morning when she was sexually
assaulted by the suspect.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a light complexion, 20 to
23 years of age, 5’05” to 5’07” tall, 165 to 170 lbs., with a thin light brown
mustache and goatee, diamond earrings in both ears and mole under the
left corner of his mouth. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat,
white t-shirt, black gym shorts and black Van shoes.
