On April 12, 2013, the investigation led Bakersfield Police Officers to arrest Phillip Rodriquez,
20, for assault with a deadly weapon and robbery.
Anyone with information regarding this case is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department

The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying a
suspect wanted for robbery.
On January 31, 2013, at approximately 3:53 a.m., the suspect, depicted in the attached video
surveillance photographs, entered the Circle K Store, located at 5600 Auburn Street, armed.
The suspect demanded currency, then physically assaulted a store employee. Another store
employee complied with the demands of the suspect and the suspect fled the business on foot
with currency and merchandise.
