The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in
identifying a suspect and suspect vehicle wanted for hit and run.
On March 16, 2013, at approximately 10:16 a.m., the suspect, depicted in the attached
video surveillance photograph, was driving the vehicle, depicted in the attached video
surveillance photograph, when he damaged a chain link fence in a collision in the 400
block of Chico Street. The suspect left the scene without notifying the property owner or
law enforcement.
The suspect is described as a White male, in his 20s or 30s, with short brown hair.
The suspect vehicle is described as a white single cab, possibly a Chevrolet, heavy duty
pickup truck with a flatbed.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is encouraged to contact
