Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex
offender, Francis Allen Ronczyk III, who removed or disabled
his GPS tracking ankle monitor and his whereabouts are
unknown.
Ronczyk is a White male, 28 years of age, 6’02” tall, 190 lbs., with
brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Ronczyk’s whereabouts is urged to
call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
