RESOLUTION NO.
AMENDMENT NO. 17 TO RESOLUTION NO. 44-93
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
THE TEMPORARY UNIT
WHEREAS, Resolution No 44 -93 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Temporary Unit; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to make amendment thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, a portion of the Salary
Schedule, a part of Resolution No. 44 -93, is hereby amended as follows:
Resolution No. 44 -93 is hereby amended by revising the salaries of
the following class titles in the Temporary Unit:
Classification Step I Step 2
Lifeguard $9.50 $10.00
Swim Instructor $10.00 $10.25
Assistant Pool Manager
$10.50 $11.00
Pool Manager
$11.50 $12.00
Aquatic Coordinator
$13.00 $13.50
Program Leader 1
$9.00
Program Leader II
$9.50
Assistant Site Manger 1
$10.00
Assistant Site Manager II
$10.50
Site Manger 1 $11.00
Site Manager II $11.50
Program Coordinator 1 $12.00
Program Coordinator II $12.50
