AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO RESOLUTION NO. 140 -08
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE BLUE AND WHITE COLLAR
UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND
RELATED BENEFITS FOR POLICE LATENT PRINT
EXAMINER
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 140 -08 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Blue and White Collar Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 140 -08 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 140 -08 is hereby amended by adding the following
class title to the White Collar Unit:
21300 A POLICE LATENT PRINT EXAMINER
25.060 26.312 27.627 29.001 30.457
