BATTLE OF THE BADGES
On Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 4:30 p.m., a Battle of the Badges Press
Conference and weight in will take place at RJ’s Restaurant, located at
9440 Hageman Road. It will be a great opportunity to meet the boxers and
purchase tickets to the upcoming battle! The public and media are
welcome to attend.
On Saturday, May 11, 2013, the 19th Annual Police Activities League
Exhibition, Battle of the Badges, will take place at Bakersfield College,
located at 1801 Panorama Drive.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and bouts begin at 7:00 p.m.
Tickets are available at the Bakersfield Police Department: Downtown and
Southwest Police Stations, Bakersfield PAL Center, located at 301 East 4th
Street and Mr. Tuxedo, located at 2409 Brundage Lane.
General Admission is $20.00 and Reserved Ringside tickets are $40.00.
Proceeds benefit the Bakersfield Police Activities League, a cause worth
fighting for.
