ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.04 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
SPECIAL GAS TAX IMPROVEMENT FUND
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1
Chapter 3.04.040 of the Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
All moneys received by the city from the state under the provisions of the
Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property or interests
therein for, or to the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or
highways shall be paid into said fund.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective 30 days from and after
the date of its passage.
