DISABILITY RETIREMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
FOR SAFETY MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting continued
from April 29, 2013 for the purpose of considering an application for industrial
disability retirement on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter can be heard, in Conference Room A, located at City Hall North, 1 st
Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda is as follows:

3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Police Officer Patrick Dillard;
