On Friday, May 24, 2013, Bakersfield Police Officers responded to
Congressman Kevin McCarthy’s Bakersfield Office for a burglary report.
Upon arrival, officers learned unknown suspect(s) broke a window, entered
the building and removed items of value.
Bakersfield Police Officers previously responded on Wednesday, May 22,
2013, and Thursday, May 23, 2013, for reports of damage to windows;
however, no entry was made into the offices during these two prior
incidents.
Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call the
