Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex
offender, Louie John Yslas, who removed or disabled his GPS
tracking ankle monitor and his whereabouts are unknown.
Yslas is a Hispanic male, 34 years of age, 5’07” tall, 187 lbs., with
brown hair and black eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Yslas’ whereabouts is urged to call
the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
