BENEFICIARY CONSENT TO RECORDATION OF PARCEL MERGER
The undersigned is the lender under that Construction Loan Agreement dated September 14, 2012
between .SEC Panama, LLC ( "Borrower ") and the undersigned, and the undersigned is also the Lender
and the Beneficiary under that certain Construction Deed of Trust recorded on September 28,2012 as
Instrument No.000212138582 in the Official Records of Kern County, California. The undersigned has
been informed that the Borrower desires to record that certain Parcel Merger No. 12 -0273 in the
Official Records of Kern County, California, which will result in a change in the legal description of the
real property encumbered by the above - referenced Deed of Trust. By executing a copy of this Consent
where indicated below, the undersigned, in its capacity as the Lender under the above- referenced
