The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating
a runaway juvenile, considered at risk due to his age.
Jermaine Owens is a 13 year old Black male, 5’02” tall, 100 lbs., with brown hair and
brown eyes.
Owens was last seen on Jun 3, 2013 at approximately 9:00 p.m. in the 4500 block of
Chaney Lane. Owens was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and blue and orange
gym shorts.
Anyone with information regarding Owen’s whereabouts is urged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
