On Sunday, June 2, 2013, at approximately 10:45 p.m., the suspect exited the vehicle he was occupying and forced his way into the victim’s vehicle in the 1100 block of California Avenue. The suspect then fled in the victim’s vehicle, with the suspect vehicle following behind. Both the suspect and the suspect vehicle are depicted in the attached video surveillance photographs. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male and the suspect vehicle is described as a white Toyota crew cab pickup truck. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to contact the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111 or Detective Kevin Fidler at (661) 326-3872.
