On May 29, 2013, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the suspect, depicted in the attached video surveillance photographs, stole the victim’s wallet from the victim’s shopping cart at the Vons, located at 5700 Stockdale Highway. Approximately thirty minutes later, the same suspect used the victim’s credit card at the Walmart, located at 5075 Gosford Road. The suspect is described as a Hispanic female, in her middle 30s, 5’06” tall, 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray sweater and black pants. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to contact the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111 or Detective Damacio Diaz (661) 326-3858.
