The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a
suspect wanted for fraudulent use of an access card.
On Sunday, May 26, 2013, after 7:00 p.m., an unknown suspect burglarized the victim’s vehicle,
taking numerous items of value, including a wallet. Later that evening and the next morning, the
suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance photographs, attempted to use and used the
victim’s credit card at multiple locations including 7-Eleven, located at 3601 Stockdale Highway
and Food Maxx, located at 6465 Niles Street.
The suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male, in his 20s, with an unshaven face. He
was last seen wearing a baseball hat, black sweatshirt and black jeans.
The suspect vehicle, pictured in the attached video surveillance photograph, is described as a
white two door vehicle.
