The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s
assistance in locating a suspect wanted for annoying a child.
On July18, 2013, at approximately 2:30 p.m. the suspect
approached the victim at Pin Oak Park, and asked the victim her
age. The suspect claimed to be 15 years of age and asked the
victim to accompany him to the bathroom. The suspect touched
the victim inappropriately, causing the victim to scream. The
suspect fled eastbound on Mill Oak Run in a full sized, gray, four
door pickup truck with tinted windows.
The suspect is described as a White male, 22 years of age
with a medium build, black hair, and black goatee. He was
last seen wearing a black and white Chicago Bulls hat,
hollow purple “gauge” ear piercings, gray tank top and blue
shorts with a white vertical stripe.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is
