The Fair Political Practices Commission enforces the provisions of the Political
Reform Act.' On September 17, 2015, the Enforcement Division administratively
terminated the committee listed above after following the procedures outlined in
Regulation 18404.2. As of this date, you may permanently close your files on the
committee and note in your records that the committee was administratively terminated
by the Enforcement Division. If, however, in the future, the committee becomes active
again, please do make another referral.
