The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Mike Strong at 8:00 a.m.

Mr. Vetter made a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of
03/02/16, seconded by Mr. Anderson. The motion was carried unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS
A. Review of Special Orders
Mr. Anderson reminded to have letters prepared to send out to retirees.

B. Request from Danielle Adams to be Reinstated as Animal Control
Officer
Mr. Anderson made a motion to approve the request to reinstate Danielle
Adams to the position of Animal Control Officer, seconded by Mr. Vetter.
The motion was carried unanimously.
C. Request from Brandy Watts to be Reinstated as Police Dispatcher II
Mr. Vetter made a motion to approve the request to reinstate Brandy
Watts to the position of Police Dispatcher II; seconded by Mr. Anderson.
The motion was carried unanimously.
