Goal: Beautification i. Objective: apply Broken Window Theory to neighborhoods and /or amenities while partnering with Neighborhood Watch, crossover community organizations, and business sector ii. Outcomes: use COB mulch and compost, more public murals, increase aesthetic and /or ecological value of community, decrease blight, increase outreach c. Goal: Increase Community Engagement i. Objective: public relations, i.e. special events, partnerships, media, social media, other outreach ii. Outcomes: increase general awareness, increase sponsorship base, increase volunteer base d. Goal: Commercial Food Composting Awareness i. Objectives: social media, PSAs, other outreach ii.
