A. Request for Proposals (RFP) to conduct a comprehensive Water Rate Studyfor
the City's Water Availability Fees and Monthly Water Rates.
Staff recommends the Water Board authorize staff to issue a RFP to secure a
consultant to conduct a Water Rate Study.
B. Agreement with Sierra Snow Surveys to conduct snow surveying.
Staff recommends the Water Board refer agreement to the City Council for
approval.
