unanimously to approve minutes of September 5, 2018

b. Extension of Sergeant Eligibility list R 01012 and Acting Sergeant Positions:

The Acting Sergeant position will be eliminated from this item, including the

memo explaining the Acting Sergeant position. A motion was made by

unanimously to extend Sergeant Eligibility List 401012 for six months.

c. Police Trainee Recruitment: Maria Mojico presented details regarding the
current Police Trainee Recruitment and requested a Special Meeting
December 12, 2018, to certify the Police Trainee Eligibility list. Commissioner
Anderson and Commissioner Lucas advised they are available.
Commissioner Lucas expressed appreciation for being able to review
minutes prior to preparation of agenda packets.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:07 a.m.
