1. CALL TO ORDER REGULAR MEETING - 10:00 a.m.

Virginia Genaro, City Attorney, made comments
regarding a change to the KRGSA members, staff and
public binders.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - of the July 11, 2019, Regular
Meeting
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by
Board Member Smith, for approval of minutes.

i. Receive and File Financial Report

made staff comments.
Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board
Member Lundquist, to receive and file the financial
report.
ii. Approval of Outstanding Invoices for
Todd Groundwater (3)

Board Member Smith, to approve the payments.

Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by APPROVED
Board Member Smith, to approve Special Meeting.
6. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel — Potential
Litigation; Closed Session pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2),(e)(1)
(one matter).
Motion by Chairman Palla, to adjourn to Closed Session
at 10:19 a.m.

Litigation; Closed Session pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(d) (2),(e) (1)
(one matter).
Virginia Gennaro, City Attorney, stated that staff was
given direction to hold a Special Meeting, August 19,
2019, 8:30 am, City Water Department, single subject
agenda item, Closed Session.
