1. CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING - 8:30 a.m.

Response letter from Duane Morris
regarding Leadership Counsel for Justice
and Accountability that was presented at
our July 11, 2019 meeting.
Notice of Public Hearing from the Kern
County Board of Supervisors regarding
Amendment of Zoning map for property
located at 2406 Edison Highway
5. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel — Potential
Litigation; Closed Session pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2),(e)(1)
(two matters).
Motion by Chair Member Palla, to adjourn to Closed
Session at 8:32 a.m.

6. CLOSED SESSION ACTION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel: Potential
Litigation; Closed Session pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(d) (2), (e) (1)
(two matters).
Virginia Gennaro, City Attorney, announced
the following action for the first matter:
(1) no reportable action, (2) no reportable
action, (3) no reportable action (4) unanimous
vote to not include Round Mountain into the
KRGSA and suggest that they contact the East
Side Water Management, (5) unanimous vote to
include Lamont PUD as a C1 into the KRGSA.
Virginia Gennaro, City Attorney, announced the
for the second matter, a unanimous motion to
give staff direction.
