A. Proposition 68 Grant Application:
• Approval of Resolution authorizing KRGSA 001-19
application
Steve Teglia, Chief Operating Officer of
Kern Delta Water District, provided staff
comments. Staff recommends adoption
of resolution.
Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Lundquist, to adopt resolution.
• Approval of Agreement with Horizon KRGSA 19-007
Water and Environmental and related
cost sharing agreement(s)
Steve Teglia, Chief Operating Officer of
Kern Delta Water District, provided staff
comments. Staff recommends adoption
of agreement.
Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Lundquist, to adopt agreement.
