Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by
Chairman Palla, for approval of minutes.

Email correspondence from Jillian Roach, ERM
regarding upcoming Technical Working Group
meetings scheduled in February.
B. Finance Report
i. Receive and File Financial Report
Randy McKeegan, Finance Director,
Supervisor, staff comments.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded
by Chairman Palla, to receive and file the
financial report.

comments and provided a PowerPoint
presentation.
ii. Kern Subbasin Annual Report / ITRC
METRIC ET Cost Share
David Beard, ID4 Manager, made staff
comments and provided a Funding
Contribution and Participation
Percentages cost table, which was
omitted from the agenda packet.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded APPROVED
by Chairman Palla, to approve cost share AB FREEMAN
agreement.
iii. Subbasin Data Management System
Proposals - KRGSA Recommendation
Steve Teglia, General Manager, Kern
Delta Water District, made staff
comments.
Chairman Palla, made additional
comments.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded APPROVED
by Chairman Palla, to approve the AB FREEMAN
recommendation of GEI for development of a
data management system.
